Every year, the NDIA releases updated Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for NDIS supports. The 2024–25 version took effect on 1 July 2024. Here’s what changed — and what stayed the same.
Information current as of July 2024. Always check the NDIA website for the most current pricing. This article is general information only — not NDIS, legal, or financial advice.
Support Coordination rates
Level 2 — Coordination of Supports (07_002): The price limit was unchanged for 2024–25. The NDIA maintained existing price limits for Level 2 and Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination.
Level 1 — Support Connection: Price limits increased in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT — but remained the same in WA.
For Xyston participants in Perth: your Support Coordination funding remains at the same rate. If your plan was set using last year’s price guide, no adjustments are needed.
What did change?
Disability Support Workers: Rates increased in line with the minimum wage rise and the Superannuation Guarantee increase to 11.5% from July 2024.
Therapy Supports: The higher price loading for physiotherapy and psychology in WA was removed as part of a national harmonisation. This affects the maximum that WA therapists can charge — it may mean slight cost savings for participants using therapy supports.
Other Supports: Price limits increased by approximately 4.36%.
How to check your plan
Your NDIS plan specifies the maximum a provider can charge — but the actual rate is agreed between you and your provider. If you’re plan-managed, your plan manager can tell you the current rates being claimed.
If you’re unsure whether your support coordination budget is sufficient under the new guide, contact your coordinator to review.
Need a plan review?
If your support needs have changed or your current budget no longer reflects the cost of your supports, you may be eligible to request a plan review. Speak with your Support Coordinator for guidance on whether a review is appropriate.
