Support Coordination, built by people who've done the hands-on work.

Xyston is a Perth-based NDIS registered provider delivering Level 2 Coordination of Supports north of the river. We connect you with the right services, advocate for your needs with the NDIA, and help you build the capacity to direct your own supports over time.

Xyston team collaborating on participant support

Built on a decade of disability experience.

Xyston's roots are in direct disability support. Over the past decade, our team has worked hands-on with participants across a wide range of needs — from daily personal activities and community participation to high-intensity support and independent living.

That experience shaped a clear understanding: participants get better outcomes when their coordinator genuinely understands the services being delivered — not just the plan categories. We made a deliberate decision to evolve into a dedicated Support Coordination provider, bringing that frontline knowledge to every conversation with the NDIA, every service agreement we negotiate, and every plan review we prepare.

Today, Xyston delivers Level 2 Coordination of Supports to participants north of the river in Perth, Western Australia. Our focus is entirely on coordination — connecting participants with the right services, advocating for their needs, and building their capacity to direct their own supports over time.

"We help NDIS participants get real value from their plan — connecting them with the right people, speaking up when it matters, and building the confidence to take on more themselves over time."

Our Vision

"Every participant we work with feeling like the NDIS is actually working for them — not something they have to fight to understand."

Coordination of Supports — Level 2

We help NDIS participants understand their plan, connect with the right services, and build the skills and confidence to manage their supports independently over time.

Navigate the NDIS

We help you understand your plan, your funding categories, and how to get the most from your NDIS supports — cutting through the complexity so you can focus on your goals.

Connect With Services

We link you with quality NDIS providers, allied health professionals, community organisations, and mainstream services — drawing on our established network across WA.

Advocate for You

We speak up for your interests — in plan reviews, with the NDIA, and with service providers — helping make sure your voice is heard and your rights are protected.

Build Your Capacity

Our goal is to strengthen your ability to manage your own supports over time — building your confidence, skills, and independence so you're in control of your own journey.

The principles that guide everything we do

Our values aren't aspirations — they're the standards we hold ourselves to in every interaction.

01

Respect

You're in the driver's seat. We work to your priorities, not ours — respecting your right to make the choices that are right for you.

02

Empowerment

Building your confidence. We provide the tools and support you need to make your own decisions, growing your capacity to direct more of your own supports over time.

03

Integrity

Honest, impartial advice. We only recommend services that suit your actual needs — not what's convenient for us or any other provider.

04

Inclusion

You belong here. We champion your right to be part of your community — connecting you with the people, services, and opportunities that matter to you.

The team behind your support

Our coordinators bring not just qualifications, but genuine commitment to the people they work with. Don't take our word for it.

Inclusive family and community support

"Xyston demonstrated impressive capability in managing a particularly challenging situation involving a unique combination of extensive brain damage and severe psychotic illness. Their coordination was professional, compassionate, and effective."

Wesley D. Rigg, MBBS FRANZCP

Psychiatric Consultant

"The quality of service and the relationships the staff have built with my child has been exceptional. My son sees his coordinator as a genuine friend — that trust has made all the difference to his confidence and willingness to engage with his supports."
