Xyston is a Perth-based NDIS registered provider delivering Level 2 Coordination of Supports north of the river. We connect you with the right services, advocate for your needs with the NDIA, and help you build the capacity to direct your own supports over time.
Our Story
Built on a decade of disability experience.
Xyston's roots are in direct disability support. Over the past decade, our team has worked hands-on with participants across a wide range of needs — from daily personal activities and community participation to high-intensity support and independent living.
That experience shaped a clear understanding: participants get better outcomes when their coordinator genuinely understands the services being delivered — not just the plan categories. We made a deliberate decision to evolve into a dedicated Support Coordination provider, bringing that frontline knowledge to every conversation with the NDIA, every service agreement we negotiate, and every plan review we prepare.
Today, Xyston delivers Level 2 Coordination of Supports to participants north of the river in Perth, Western Australia. Our focus is entirely on coordination — connecting participants with the right services, advocating for their needs, and building their capacity to direct their own supports over time.
